St. Thomas Basilica, Madras

St. Thomas was one of the 12 apostles of Jesus Christ and is claimed to be buried here, though there is some controversy about it. (St. Thomas originally doubted that Christ had risen from his grave; hence the term "doubting Thomas." He later changed his mind.)
